Kaelee Coffey serves the Thurston County area with a strong background in real estate and escrow. Prior to Chicago Title, she spent five years as an estate planning and real estate paralegal.
Specializing in resale and refinance transactions, Kaelee is known for her team-first approach—working closely with agents and lenders to ensure smooth, successful closings. She was honored with the Trailblazer Award from Elite Escrow Coaching. Born and raised in Olympia, Kaelee returned home after three years in Montana. Outside of work, she enjoys life on her mini farm with ducks, chickens, goats, dogs, and (way too many) cats, and spending time with family riding quads at the Oregon Coast and Idaho sand dunes.
